About Us

Welcome to TS Aluminium

Established in 2021 in Slacks Creek, Queensland, TS Aluminium has quickly grown to become a premier manufacturer and supplier of architectural aluminium systems, heavy structural framing, double-glazed window and door suites, and industrial T-slot profiles. We cater to residential builders, commercial contractors, and industrial manufacturing clients across Australia.

Sourcing Quality Materials and Local Processing

At TS Aluminium, our manufacturing process begins with the raw material supply chain. We utilize high-grade architectural and structural alloy billets (predominantly 6063-T6 and 6061-T6 grades) sourced directly from verified primary suppliers. This guarantees that our profiles exhibit consistent density, superior tensile strength, and excellent extrusion surface finishes suitable for high-end powder-coating and anodizing.

"By performing all primary cutting, drilling, CNC milling, and precision assembly inside our own Slacks Creek facility, we eliminate middleman overheads and ensure that tolerances are kept within strict engineering limits."

Architectural Systems & Heavy Structural Framing

Our architectural catalog features heavy-duty patio systems, adjustable louver roofs, enclosed glass sunrooms, pool fences, and modern building cladding. Unlike imported kits made of thin-walled profiles, our structural sections are engineered to withstand the harsh Australian climate. All framing extrusions conform to wind resistance parameters (under AS/NZS 1170.2 Region B classifications), ensuring windload stability and structural rigidity.

Additionally, our advanced double-glazed window and door suites provide superior thermal insulation and noise attenuation (Rw 42 acoustic rating), designed to block heat transmission and reduce sound ingress from major traffic corridors.

Extended Quality Assurance & Compliance Annex (AS/NZS Standards)

TS Aluminium maintains strict compliance with Australian and international manufacturing frameworks to ensure structural safety and product longevity. Our raw materials are sourced exclusively from Australian extrusion billers that supply fully certified mechanical properties records. Every delivery of 6061-T6, 6063-T6, and 6005-T5 alloy profiles undergoes an intake inspection protocol, during which dimensions are verified against the allowable deviation limits defined in AS/NZS 1866:1997 (Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Extruded rod, bar, solid and hollow shapes).

Our Slacks Creek facility utilizes a calibrated Vickers micro-indentation testing apparatus to check temper properties. Hardness measurements are recorded for each batch of profiles processed. This step ensures that aging oven operations successfully temper the alloys to their target tensile and yield limits (e.g., a minimum yield strength of 240 MPa for 6061-T6 post sections). For architectural surface finishes, we satisfy the provisions of AS 3715:2002 (Metal finishing - Thermoset powder coatings for architectural applications of aluminium and aluminium alloys). Our chemical pre-treatment wash incorporates degreasing and acid-etching baths to clean the metal, followed by a chromate-free conversion bath that establishes a reliable paint-bonding surface.

In addition to hardness and surface audits, our structural joinery and double-glazed windows undergo water penetration and deflection checks under Australian Standard AS 2047:2014. These checks verify that the co-extruded EPDM gaskets compress correctly to prevent leaks during severe storms. By keeping detailed quality records for all custom mould outputs and structural patio frames, we provide builders with verified material compliance certificates to support their council development approvals.
