Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the supply of structural aluminium profiles, custom extrusions, design layouts, and installation services by TS Aluminium Pty Ltd (ABN 86 655 962 922).
1. Fabrication & Custom Mold Orders
All custom fabrication, cutting, and extrusion die tooling orders are subject to client signing off on final 3D CAD design drawings. Product dimensions and tolerances are manufactured to AS/NZS 1866 structural standards. Any modifications requested after CAD design sign-off will incur engineering change fees.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & GST
All structural quotes, wholesale orders, and retail invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Tax invoices are issued upon order approval, requiring a deposit before die tooling or workshop processing begins.
3. Delivery, Title & Risk
Risk of material damage passes to the client upon pickup from our Slacks Creek facility or delivery to the site by our trucks. Title of ownership remains with TS Aluminium until all invoices related to the batch are paid in full.
4. Warranties & Deflection Limits
We provide a 10-year warranty on structural frames and profiles, and a 15-year warranty on AA25 marine-grade anodizing. We are not liable for installation failures or deflection issues if the building systems were not assembled by our certified teams or did not conform to our engineering calculations.

TS Aluminium Pty Ltd (ABN 86 655 962 922) operates under Australian business regulations. All structural materials, sliding doors, sunrooms, and extrusions conform to Australian standards. GST Tax Invoices are issued with all wholesale and retail orders, and payments must satisfy the conditions outlined in our terms of service.
Our warranty coverage is subject to conditions. The 10-year structural warranty is valid for profiles installed by our teams or assembled in strict compliance with our engineering calculations. Any structural modifications or field changes made without CAD design sign-off will void the warranty. We are not liable for installation failures caused by out-of-plumb building slabs or inadequate structural support.
For privacy and data security, we comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. All customer records, structural designs, and transaction records are stored securely on protected local databases inside Australia. We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties.
