High-Density Extrusion Warehousing & Supply Logistics
TS Aluminium maintains a large stock of architectural and industrial profiles inside our Slacks Creek warehouse. Our facility utilizes high-density cantilever storage racks and automated tracking software to manage inventory records, allowing us to supply local builders in short lead times.
Melt Audit Tracking & Coastal Protection Packaging
Every bundle of profiles received at our warehouse is recorded with its original chemical melt audit report. This ensures that structural alloys (6061-T6, 6063-T6, 6005-T5) satisfy chemical and mechanical load specifications. Profiles are wrapped in protective plastic film and wood framing to prevent scratches during transport.
"By managing our own inventory and fleet of delivery trucks, we ensure that architectural systems arrive on site safely and on schedule."

Facility Operations & Pre-Treatment Standards
The Slacks Creek workshop operates under strict quality management controls. Our pre-treatment chemical washing line utilizes five consecutive baths to prepare profile surfaces before painting. First, profiles undergo acid degreasing to clean the metal, followed by two water rinses. Next, profiles pass through a chromate-free conversion bath that establishes a paint-bonding surface, followed by a final demineralized water rinse.
Chemical concentrations and pH levels inside our pre-treatment tanks are verified daily by our lab technicians. For powder coating, electrostatic spray systems apply a dry film thickness (DFT) target of 60 to 80 microns. Profiles then pass through curing ovens at 200°C for 15 minutes. High-speed temperature sensors monitor the heating profile, verifying the thermal exposure needed to guarantee polymer cross-linking.
All profile storage, bundle packing, and delivery logistics are tracked in our inventory system. Cantilever racks store raw and finished extrusions in structured rows to prevent transport scratches. Every bundle of finished profiles is labeled with its original melt audit and coating batch records, ensuring complete quality traceability.
